The Waianae Youth Sailing Program is offering sailing lessons for youth ages 14-20 on small boats on Pokai Bay. Classes start Sat. Feb 21, 2009. Provides services to low-income communities: referrals for rent, utilities; free tax services, weatherization assistance, LIHEAP (electric bill credits in June), feeding programs. New upcoming programs available once the new building is up in October 2011.
