Waianae High School senior, Caitlin Francisco will represent Waianae at the National High School Drill Team Competition in Daytona, Florida on May 1. She is currently Waianae High Schools JROTC Drill team commander and will be making history as the first female competitor from the Westside. Congratulations, Caitlin!
